Ordering, Shipping and Returns
How can I order?
We are an online business and sell via our website.
To order simply put the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and checkout using our secure payment portal.
We are unable to take email or phone orders at this time.
How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmation of your order. Processing time may take a little longer in peak periods.
Custom Orders orders can take between 5-7 days to process while we make up your order.
Shipping options & rates?
We offer a regular shipping flat rate of $9.95 per order within Australia, with parcels sent via Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please.
Express shipping is available on request at an additional charge, please email us for a quote.
Do you offer FREE local delivery?
Yes, we do offer free delivery to customers with the following post-codes: 4178 & 4179.
We deliver contact-less to your door within the delivery area. Please make sure your delivery address is available for us to deliver to your door or safe place is available for us to leave your package. Please let us know if you have any special instructions for delivery in the notes section of the checkout page or feel free to email us.
*Please note: The free delivery option will not show up on the checkout page until you have entered in your address including your postcode. Once you have done this, you will be able to choose the free delivery option if your postcode qualifies.
Do you offer local pick up?
No, I am sorry. We are currently an online business only and not open to the public, we are unable to offer local pick up at this time.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping via our website. If you are overseas and interested in purchasing any of our products, please contact us with the items you wish to purchase, and we will email you a shipping quote based on your country.
What is your return policy?
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
We do not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
We do not allow returns or exchanges for scent profiles.
Scent Profile
We understand that scent preference is highly subjective, which is why we aim to provide detailed descriptions for all our fragrances to help manage expectations.
Please note that when scents are blended, such as Sandalwood and Vanilla, the resulting scent profile can vary. One note may present as stronger than the other, a new scent has been created and/or individual perception of these complex fragrances will differ.
Because our products are crafted based on these descriptions they are not considered "faulty" if the scent profile is not to your personal liking.
We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of subjective scent preference.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is faulty, incorrect item or defective upon arrival.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged box before opening if you can.
Please email us and include your order number, photos of the packaging and/or the incorrect/damaged or faulty item/s.
Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue.
If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
We do require the return of the items before we can issue a refund or replacement.
Once returned, we will process your refund back to your original payment method or issued you with a replacement.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of items being received for return.
Depending on your bank, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Change of Mind
We are not able to refund or replace items due to change of mind.
